  My experience started out adequate, I gave him all of my materials needed for my project, and offered to pay him extra in order to get a simple order done. All terms were agreed to and he then proceeded to push my project back by a month and even passed over the event I needed the work done for! I've personally worked in the same machinery as the shop and would have had the shirts finished in ten minutes for a much cheaper price. The customer service was one of the works experiences I've had in my 30 years on this earth, the worker got irate and very belligerent with his choice of words and actions. CONSIDER OTHER LOCAL SHOPS FOR QUALITY SERVICE, I HAD MY SHIRTS MADE IN 20 minutes same day by another store. All I've lost are two J. Crew polos due to this negligence of this "business" Please re-evaluate your business model and customer relations, they are piss poor.
