  Highly recommend!! I didn't know where to start when I decided it was time to update the flooring in my home. The sales staff was VERY kind when helping me find exactly what I wanted. The entire process went so smoothly and the finished product has left me very satisfied! If I knew the process would be so easy I would have updated my flooring before! Recommending to all my friends and definitely would go with them again!!

  Beware!! Terrible customer service. The customer comes last with these people and the employees are always right, the customer always wrong. After 9 months, I filed a dispute with the credit card company and received the full credit I was due. M & M had kept promising to issue a credit, but every time I called, they only promised to do it that week and made the amount smaller and smaller! During my visits in the store I say many unhappy complaining customers. One time an elderly gentleman was saying, "this has been going on for almost a year!" Best not to even step foot through the doors of this horrible place.
